Quality Report: Rolling Totals
| Purpose |
- Shows the COUNT of issues in each state over time.
- It highlights the net-balance between raise and fix rates.
- The relevant data is the GAP between any two lines, and how fast they are converging on ZERO.

- As lines approach zero it means increasing overall quality.

| Drawbacks |
- The report can mask volume.
